When a visitor enters a name, county, or location into a search box supplied by a third-party provider, that search is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Cass County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or other message, the submitted information may be kept long enough to read, route, and answer it. It is not shared outside the site operation unless a legal requirement applies.

Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure visits or serve targeted ads across websites. Those partner systems are not controlled by Cass County Inmate Population.
